GroupCore Ltd is the legal entity and merchant. Brand names are trading names; each brand shows its offer and customer terms before checkout.
Trading names
Brand sites may state “GroupCore Ltd trading as [Brand]” so customers can see the legal contracting party.
Hosted card processing
Square hosts the card form and processes the payment. GroupCore validates signed, server-priced orders and records payment status without receiving full card details.
Controlled checkout
Every brand has a separate kill switch, signing secrets and a server-owned product catalogue. Payment remains disabled until sandbox and live checks pass.
